GYG Corn Chips are soooo good you definitely wouldn’t share them…
At GYG we want you to experience the best street-style Mexican food outside of Mexico at every one of our restaurants! WE’RE OBSESSED ABOUT THIS! It’s a never-ending journey… and the development of our amazing Corn Chips is the perfect example of this relentless spirit! We trialled a lot of pretty good Corn Chips, but we wouldn’t stop until we absolutely nailed the recipe. In the end we tried almost 20 different iterations of Corn Chips before we found the one that we’re happy with (FOR NOW)!
But what makes our Corn Chips taste so good!?? You might be wondering…
Well to start with they are cooked fresh in-store every day! But what really makes them unique, CRISPY and super YUMMY is the GYG recipe that leaves extra moisture in the chips giving them bubbles and imperfections! How cool does that sound eh?
